September is here.....

1) Tender submission on 31/8/2013 - checked.

2) Tender submission on 2/9/2013 - checked.

2 tenders coming in together means no breaks, no holidays, no fooling around and for sure loads of overtime. I was way to busy to blog or I shall say to do any other things besides doing estimation. How I wish someone would land me a hand back then. Though the toughest week in August has gone by, I am still welcomed by loads and loads of outstanding paper works. This cycle just goes round and round. New tender > rushing for submission > closing > tender interview > construction (if awarded). So, it's not wrong stealing some time to blog right?

I was craving for mussels after I tasted the mussels in JD's Fine Food restaurant on a short gathering with Yjia, Irene, Dy and Yjia's hubby and his friend. Mr. Boyfie uttered that he will make me whatever I want to eat since I have been working so hard. Thereafter, he started to search for the recipes of how to cook mussels. I decided to try out the baked mussels and so he kept his promise to cook mussels just for my craving. Thank you so much.

Boyfie makes some changes to the recipes, he is using his own creativity in this dish. He is using mayonnaise, both local and Japanese, Korean sakea, oregano, lots of garlic and spring onions.  He put lots of cheeseeee as the topping. Before he even started to clean the mussels, he accidentally cut his hand while opening the canned food. He had to go to the hospital for injection and bandage. Clumsy boyfie.

I thought of cancelled the mussel baking since he was injured but he insisted of making it for me. I am so touched. Thank you, Mr. Boyfie.

This is how the mussels look before they when into the oven to be baked. LOL.

While they are 'sun-bathing' in the oven. They look 'sun-burnt' already.
